The Temperamentals closes after
award recognition:
The Temperamentals by Jon Marans, produced by Daryl Roth Stacy Shane and Martian Entertainment, closed May 23rd after playing 187 performances throughout 8 months in 3 different theatres. The cast won a Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Ensemble (this is the second cast of Jonathan's to win this honor, including 2008's The DIning Room), Michael Urie won a Lucille Lortel Award and a Theatre World Award for his portrayal of Rudi Gernreich, and the play itself garnered GLAAD, Lucille Lortel and Outer Critics nominations for Best Play. Expect to see this wonderful play at theatres throughout the country in the future.
