"Real World" Scene Study

This invitation only, ongoing class is designed to sharpen your acting skills by working on scenes from contemporary plays that you would realistically be cast in. Our focus will be on strong, clear and honest choices that are the basis of all my work with actors. In addition, we will also discuss audition techniques and examine choices that will help you to stand out in the audition room.

Next sessions: ongoing; email for information.
Cost: $225 per month.

Monologue Workshop

This 4 week workshop will help you polish your existing monologues, as well as find and work on two new pieces (contemporary and/or classical). Along with your fellow participants, I will assist you in finding pieces that show you off and make your own unique talents shine. In addition to monologue work, we will also cover general audition techniques and preparation. Workshop limited to 8 participants.

Next sessions: TBD; email for information.
Cost: $225 for complete workshop

Student Feedback:

This workshop was so helpful for me. I was exposed to material I would have never have even thought to look at for monologues. And I am so happy that I have three new and different monologues in my tool box.

Your enthusiasm and constructive feedback was very much appreciated during our classes.  I find myself doing my best work and learning more in the positive environment that you created.

I feel that my time in class has opened me up in a new ways to "be me" in auditions.  I can tap into much more joy and curiosity now than before I took your class.
Maria Gingrich

I think your feedback was spot on for everyone yet you gave it in a way that didn't turn us off or make us feel like we made a wrong choice.
